Dear Teacher,

I am writing to inform you that I am unable to continou attending the part-time evening course I am currently enrolled in. I have been trying to manage both my full-time job and the course, but it has become very difficult.

My work responsible have increased recently, and I often have to stay late at the office. As a result, I can not attend the classes regularly or complete the assignments on time. I am very disappointed because I was enjoying the course and learning a lot.

I would like to request to withdraw from the course for now. In the future, when my work schedule is more flexible, I hope to re-enrol and continue learning. If possible, I would also like to receive any course materials or notes so I can study on my own while away. Please let me know if there are any formal steps I need to take to complete this process.
