Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing to request the termination of my enrollment in the evening accounting classes.

I have been attending the class for six months because the schedule of course does not coincidence to my job. However, one of my colleagues had resigned so my timetable has changed, this is the main reason that I could not continue your course.

Due to the shortage employee and order deduction, this job is of paramount importance for making a living to me. Furthermore, no one of my colleague could change my shift so I have to stop your class.

I would register the financial classes after my company would be stable in years to come. On the other hand, if one of my colleagues could work my shift, I would come back to the class as soon as possible.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
