Dear Mrs. Pamela,
I am Jane Brown, one of your neighbour from Carter Avenue. I am writing to inform you that on 19th of December my family is going to organise my graduation party at Saturday night. I am afraid that it might be continue till late.
Basically, I have recently graduated from the University of Toronto as an Commerce major. To celebrate this special occasion, my family is organising a outdoor barbecue dinner and music gala. The party will be start at 8:00 Pm. It will be attended by approximately 50 people including my friends and relatives.
Some of my friends will sing for me . Besides, the event involve some outdoor activities and games. So, I am afraid that the loud noise will disturb your sleep. I would like to apologise in advance for the disturbance. I hope that you will understand the importance of this party for me and my family.
I would love to invite you to join us at the party. Otherwise, you can join us for the dinner some other day.
Yours Sincerely,
Jane Brown
