dear building manager,

i hope are doing well, recently i faced a problem in furniture which is the frame of the dining table is broking by itself however, its just been 6 month old and it was a complimentary by your side while renting this property.

i just want to told you that when it will repaired of replace by the end of your side because in the lease that mentioned any type of damage or otherthing will happen it will be corrected free of the cost with 1 year of tent and please clear your ideals related to this about the problem.

i regarding inviting you to my apartment the several of the thing which clear that, how would make the thing set and getting more insightful about the cause which happened, on the other side, my apartment number is 807 and i will be available after 6:00 pm everyday.
