Dear Kuldeep,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the garbage disposal.

I wanted to inform you about the ongoing problem of garbage disposal as whenever the garbage collection day comes, the garbage bins that you place outside your house create litter all around the neighborhood as the lids of the bins are not properly closed. Another reason behind the garbage flowing all over the driveway is also strong winds. Moreover, the Racoon living near the river also throws out the garbage all around the road and driveways.

This issue is an ongoing trouble since last month and previously also on March 5th,2025, I wrote a letter to you about this but still this has not been resolved.

I sincerely request you to properly close all the lids of the garbage bin every time because this was the only way we can resolve the litter problem otherwise we all will face hefty fines from the City Authorities.
