Dear Mr. Smith

I am writing this letter to address an issue that I am facing as your neighbor. Despite my several attempts to discuss this matter with you in person, I have not been successful which has led me to address this problem through the letter.

I have been your neighbor for few months now and since I moved here, I have been trying to tell you that the spot where you keep your garbage bins blocks my bedroom window. Consequently, I am not able to open the window most of the times, due to the stinky odor that comes from the rubbish and it is not a pleasant view for the eyes either.

Moreover, the noise of the garbage truck makes a lot of noise in the morning, and it attracts so many flies and mosquitos while collecting the trash from the bins by spilling some on the ground. This situation is quite distressing for me.

Thus, I would really appreciate it if you could relocate the bins to the opposite side of your house.

I hope you will take prompt action regarding this issue.
