Dear Mr. Rahimi,

I am writing this letter regarding to the problem I have with a recently hired employee in my work place.

Actually, all of us are not interested in telling lie or talking behind some one’s back and there are the main issue that I have with my colleague Sara. Not only she has these features but also she behaves in an inappopriate way. I can not tolerate her under any circumstances.

Fortunately, otjer co_ worker and I have the same idea about Sara. They told me we can not work with her in no ways. As well as that, other employees complained that she is so messy.

Other employees and I request you to transmit her in another part of tje company or talk to her to change her behavior. Please accept with our request so that we can have a pleasure environment.
