Dear Sir,
Good day! I’m Noel Andrade, Administrative Officer II, assigned at the Administrative Support Division. I am writing to complain about our new employee hired last week and now stationed at the General Services Department in the same Division.
This newly hired employee is arrogant and is not doing the job he is supposed to perform. When I asked him to make a market presentation to be used in the event, he just snubbed me and went out of the room as if he heard nothing. Aside from that, my colleagues also raised their concerns over this person as he shouted to them every time he was asked for help in their reports and other tasks needed to be accomplished that day. As a matter of fact, as second officer in charge in General Services Department, I checked the list of job responsibilities assigned to him and I was appalled to find out that the tasks he was supposed to perform were vital to the interests of our company.
In line with this, I would deeply appreciate our HR to perform necessary actions regarding unacceptable behavior of our new employee as this may jeopardize marketing operations of our office. If it is also necessary, pursuant to the company’s revised operation manual, he should be dismissed immediately without further conciliation and hire a new one.
With that, I look forward for your immediate attention to this matter.
Thank you!
Yours faithfully,
Noel
