Dear Sir

I am writing regarding the new hired employee in our workplace because I believe his negligence should be addressed.

On last Monday, he reached office late and instead of starting work, he went to the coffee -shop. His clients are waiting for him from past one hour. I believe, by doing so, he is causing harm to our organization’s reputation. He did not attend the team meeting about the new project launch. He is paying more attention to his own needs which could bring awful results.

When I tried to talk with him, he started arguing with me. Even the other workers also complaint about his behavior. He had misaarranged the office data and put all the staff in a chaos. He also make fun of others.

I recommend you to talk to him in a private manner. You should warn him about his misdeeds. I hope he will listen to you. It is very crucial for our success to work in a professional way.
