Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Parag Dalal second year law student. I am writing this letter to get the permission to accommodate one more student in the extra room which i have in my apartment as i am unable to pay the full rent. My apartment have all the basic facilities such as common siting area, air conditioner, personal room with private washroom, gym available for tenants in the basement of building and a swimming pool on terrace. The rent for the apartment is twenty thousand which is quite expensive for me as i have to pay my fees, travel expenses, phone bill and electricity bill by my own. It would be a great help if you allow me to give the spare room to another scholar. I promise you that i will take care of the cleanliness and will never disappoint you. You can visit the property whenever you want.
