Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know that I have an extra room in my apartment for rent.

I Ankush studying in your college and stays in central parkway. Last week, fromuniversity magazine I got to know that some new students are searching room outside the university because all the hostel are full now. I have a three bedroom house apartment and no one is staying in third room. Room is fully furnished and is having all the basic amenities.

I would like to rent out an extra room because recently one of the student moved out. Currently, my friend and me are only staying in the place. Furthermore, if someone will join us then expenses will split and it will be less burden over everyone.

In addition to this, we are looking for responsible tenant who will take care of aprtment like his own house. If someone will ask you for the accommodation then kindly recommend our flat.
