Dear sir/madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this email to you regarding the difficulties which are being faced by me and my team in the project.

Recently, I have been assigned a project which is about building a website to sell products online which are near to expiry date for the retail stores. I was selected for this work because I had relevant experiences of building website.

One of the main difficulties which is being faced by my team is, we don’t have any common room where we all together can sit with all facilities like high internet and focus on our project. We are struggling everyday to find such kind of place.

Another difficulty is, although I have hardworking people in my team and they all are doing great.But none of them have any previous experience. As a result, it is taking a little extra time to complete every step of the project.

It would be appreciated if you could provide us a specific workplace in the office which meets all our requirements and either an experienced person to my team or some extra days to complete the project.
