Dear Sir/Moam, My name is Meoni. My best friend’s birthday is on this coming weekend, and I want to hold a party for him. So I am writing this letter to book the space from your hotel and give some requirements.

I really like your hitel, because my brother’s wedding was hold here Due to the experience, I decide to hold birthday party in this holtel every year. I enjoyed about not only the food but also the environment. Therefore, I want to give my friend an unforgetable birthday party here. There are some requirements. Firstly, we want to have a big chocolate birthday cake and some pizza for dinner. Then I want to invite a band to sing for us. Lastly, I plan to have a fire work show outside for the ending.

Hope we can have a perface party this time. Thank you for reading my letter and giving me ahelp I will recommand your hotel to all my friend and family.
