Dear Mr./Mrs. Organizator,

my name is James and I am the one who works in your charity organization. I am writing you with the purpose of voluntary dismission.

I have been working as a volunteer here for last three years. I had different missions but the most frequent one was helping refugees who has only arrived with adaptation in our town. I studied international relations in university, so I basically understand through which operations they have to go through to legalize here.

The reason why I want to leave this organization is because I am moving to another country next month, so I couldn’t help people without physically being here. Because of the challenges I’m about to face with, I couldn’t even arrange an online meetings with those who need a help.

I understand that my leaving can create a lot of trouble for you, so I have found a person who could replace me until you found a new specialist. This person is my close friend who was studying with me in university. When I asked her if she would be able to replace me, she answered me that it would be lovely to experience working with your group. Hence, I gave her your contacts, so she probably will contact you soon.
