Greetings for your good day! I am writing this letter to request about my leave application. I hope you accept my request.

I worked as a volunteer for more than five years. We are helping street animals to find homes.I really like this job. This chore keeps my mind calm amd peaceful.

In two weeks, I am moving to florida because I got green card. I worked hard for this moment since two years. But I feel sad about left this all animals around me as every morning they wait for me for food. So it is very conflicting situation for me to leave this space.

Secondly,I have already found someone who will take my place. To ensure, I will explain all our work and even give training for rescue animals and put them new home.
