Hello sir/madam,

I am John from fourth year undergraduate student and I am writing this letter regarding the interview for junior software engineer.

To begin with, I have an interview schedule on march 29 2025 at 2:00 PM EST but I already have an appointment at 12:30 PM which might take one and half hours to complete and it will be difficult to reach for the interview at 2 PM.

Furthermore, I have few doubts about it which I would like to address in this letter. Firstly, how long interview would be? If the interview is standard couple of hours, then I can come little late at 3 PM if you allow me. secondly, Is there any written test is there along side the oral questionnary? If test is also going to be on same day, then please allow me to have whole interview other day due to time limitation of working hours.

In conclusion, I am looking forwward to reply about the process and please mention the date and time of postpond interview.
