Dear Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to be present at an activity which is going to take place at our college. Unfortunately, there is a pre-done booking with the family doctor for my regular checkups.

Initially, I was told by my inmates that it is not compulsory to be there in the current interview happening for future studies If we are already aware of which one to choose. Consequently, I decided to do a follow-up checkup on my fitness and complete my monthly full-body diagnosis.

Directly or indirectly, it is my fault for not coming. However, on the contrary, I will be open to attending this interview on another day or any hour after 3 pm on the same day. My checkup won’t last more than 3 hours. Accordingly, I can plan to visit if there is room for me to get there in a different time slot.

Later in school, it was not mentioned how long this interview would last, and also, it was not clearly stated that there would be any test during it. I will be there on the same day or any other day if you decide to postpone this program.

I hope you will understand and accept the changes I requested above.
