Dear sir,

Thank you for your invitation for the interview. I am very happy for thinking on me and i am very interested.

I am human ressource Manager and we are in the end of month and it is the time

we have no time.

I appologie for your invitation to attend an interview for studying a course in a college because I will be very busy , i have many works and appointments to do, may be if you tell me to come later i finish my jobs and appointment or i may come the day after.

I would ask you to tell me how long the interview will take because if i get time i can pass to do it if possible .Or if it is not possible you can find for me another day. I would like to do that course.
