Greetings for the day!

I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards an issue that has recently arisen in the building.

Although I have greatly enjoyed living here for the past year, the new neighbour has created a disruptive situation. Loud parties are held by them several times a week, and the noise continues late into the night. It is extremely difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This had a negative impact on my well-being and ability to concentrate on my work during the day.

Could it be possible to remind them about the building’s noise policies? Furthermore, I request them to either lower the volume of their parties or consider installing soundproofing measures in their apartment. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you very much for your attention.
