Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service which I have been using online for some time. I had great experience for few months initialy but now the quality has compromised.

The service titled as “Leadership Skills” is basically focused to enhance the leadership quality and learn new strategies. I have been using it for over 9 months and It was a great experience doing group activities, listening world-class speakers, participating in quizes and speeches. It was immensely beneficial for me at workplace as well as at home.

Firstly, I would like to mention that the lectures are very short and irrelevant these days. Secondly, The quality is declined significantly on the topics and quizzes which I believe are very not up to mark. Moreover, activities are not helpful in learning new skills as those are continously repetitive.

I request you to monitor your services for a week so you could understand the fault and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Kindly check at backend to avoid the repetition of tasks and run the process smoothly with better quality.
