Dear Mr. Brown

I would like to highlight that the I am using your local bus services since last six months and I am extremely disappointed by their poor services which are getting worse day by day. They are not following the specified schedule. Sometime buses come 10 minutes earlier than their schedule time and every now and then 5 minutes after their routine arrival time.

This creates lot of issues for the passengers who uses bus service as mode of transportation to reach their work destinations. Beside it, the passenger seats are usually dirty and overall interior of buses are very smelly. While raising concern with drivers over bus cleanliness and punctuality, their behaviour is extremely arrogant and dis-respectful.

On behalf of the Green Valley community, I strongly urged you to take corrective measures and ensure that the situation gets improved at the soonest. I hope that you will consider community concerns seriously and we don’t need to escalate it to Transport Association.
