Dear Sarah,

Thank you so much for providing me the opportunity to work in your organization. I am writing this letter to inform you that I will no longer be able to continue my volunteer work at the community centre.

Over the past few years, I have been helping with the after- school tutoring for the primary school students. As a part of my work, I helped them learn how to read and write along with organizing educational games. It has been a very rewarding experience, I have gained a valuable experience from my job for example, communication skills, patience and teamwork.

Unfortunately, I have to leave my work as I joined as a full time tutor at a private school and my schedule will no longer be able to adjust with this volunteer work. I would like to refer my friend for this role as she has a 2 years of experience in tutoring. Thank you again for the opportunity.
