Dear Sir or Madam,

Good Day!

I am JV Sanchez, one of the passangers of flight AA789, flying to Auckland, New Zealand on the 25th of May at 0900 PST. I am formally writing this letter hoping to change my travel dates.

My best friend of 20 years is tying the knot in Auckland, and I am one of the lucky few who will witness a love story that stood the test of time, finally sealing the story with a kiss of a lifetime. However, upon going over the wedding invitation, the ceremony falls on the 20th, and not on the 30th. I sincerely apologize for this grave oversight because when I was scheduling the flight online, I did not have the invitation with me. Having said such misfortune, I want to have my flight dates changed from 25th to 15th.

Like any other airline carrier, I believe there are additional charges that come with this change. The 15th is only three days from now. I would like to inquire about these costs as to how much I would owe the company in trying to make this humble request happen. In addition, could I possibly change the time? I have skimmed your TNCs and it is possible to change into a red-eye flight. Although it will still incur charges, I think changing the time would help me lessen the amount. One more thing, can I do the change online or would it be more convenient for me if I have someone assist me?
