Hello dear sir/madam;

Hope you are doing well today, My name is Krisha Patel and i would like to let you know that i borrowed a book name Atomic Habit last month. I cannot return it this week since the due is this week.

I was not in town this week because my friend had an accident at his work place and i have to come to his home in emergency and this is reason i couldn’t have to return it this week. I apologies for this.

To resolve it, I will return it as soon as I back in town and also I am ready to pay some extra charge for overdue. Moreover, I would like to make an 15 to 20 day extension for this same book. I extremely apologies for my overdue. If you consider my extension fir some days that would be great.
