First and foremost, I would like to personally apologize for your inconvenience; now I explain what happened with the phone. While I am using it, I dropped it suddenly and it has broken, I felt guilty.
Moreover, it is also my fault that I didn’t care with that if this telephone mines, I would care with that.
Secondly, even if it is an unforgettable mistake in my life. I would like vanish my faults by fixing your telephone. I have many acquaintances from phone workshop I think so they are fixing this and it seems a new phone.
