Dear Sir/Madam,
I went into your restaurant in Jagraon, on evening of 6th April 2025 around 7:30 in the evening to dine in with one of my business partner who was visiting me from Canada.
I decided to experience your hospitality because I once tried your branch in Ludhiana, so I wanted my partner have the exorbitant experience as I did back in 2024 , but instead it became excruciating as soon as we entered the venue.
Upon entry into the premises it reeked of dead rats and we decided to go to the roof and have our dinner out under open sky, but the server was with serious attitude issues and he in all his senses yelled at my partner because his chair was bit out of line and instead of telling him to move his chair a bit , he used some heavy and inappropriate words to be used in public.
After his usage of words we kept quiet, but decided to talk to the manager of the branch , as we got the answer from supervisor he quoted “She is lady and leaves early around 5:30PM” and he himself did not helped us out much and the guy who insulted my partner was nowhere to be seen. He may have left the property after scolding my friend.
I know as a senior management you would want to hear such the incidents happening at your branches so they dont damage the name of your chain. But there is a video on my phone of us talking to supervisor and I have attached its copy in a USB with this letter. I want you to fire the guy who without any reason yelled at my friend and also teach some ethics to your supervisor and manager.
If I dont hear from you within a fortnight I am posting that video on internet, you know the repercussions.
