I hope that you are well. I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the recent issue I faced while ordering the famous food dish at your restaurant.
To begin with, when I tasted the food at that time, the taste of the food was very awful. I then contacted your staff member and wanted to complain about it, but I have not received a response yet.
Furthermore, I had already planned to invite my relatives to your restaurant, but because of this mistake, I had to cancel at the last minute, and this caused me both damage to my relationship with them as well as financial loss.
I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter yourself and arrange a refund at the earliest. I hope to receive a positive response from you.
