I hope you are doing well. Last week on Friday I got a chance to visit your restaurant. I was bit excited to have Italian food.
I had order white sauce pasta and garlic bread. I am bit disappoint with service your staff provided and food. the taste of pasta was not appetite as I expect, garlic bread was soggy.
I asked one of your servant to change our dish with new fresh pasta and garlic bread but he refused to do it, I am seeking refund for what I paid. your staff should value the existance of customer. additionally, I also want you take this matter seriously and fix those problem.
