Dear sir / Mam,

I am writing to bring your attention about some issues which give problems to your neighbour . As I am an international student, I need time for my studies but due to lot of noises like loud music, shouting and call out which distracts me. Apart from this my colleagues also facing same concern.

I would like to suggest that according to guidelines of society keep volume low of your music system and do parties in party halls. At last, prohibit the entry of your friends after 12pm. If you will not bring your attention regarding this concern, we will complaint to police. After that they will take the next step.

I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible.
