Dear Michael,

I am Kalyani, who has been recently started staying to your nearest apartment. I am a newly joined sales manager working in the city. I would like to give a joining party to my colleagues on June 30 th evening. I am writing this letter to get the permission from you to conduct the party.

The event that I organised will be in the evening till 10 pm. There would be almost 50 members from my office. The various dishes of vegetarian and nonvegetarian were ordered, including a variety of ice creams and juices too. It would definitely mouth licking items. My colleagues are planning to do music competition in between the party. It may somewhat, quite loud. I am worrying about that; whether it would disturb you.

I am cordially inviting you with your family to attend the party. I hope that we can make it a memorable event. I am looking forward to your response.
