Dear Sir/Madam

I came across your magazine which was published on January 20, 2024, and wish to draw to attention to page 6 containing an erroneous information. The address of the arts museum on the magazine is inaccurate. The museum is situated at block 12 off the main exit before the bus stop, not block 16 as stated in your publication.

It is important to take note of this since the art museum is the most visited site around the town. Your publication could confuse tourists who wish to visit the museum. Additionally, this could have a negative impact on the revenue generated by the museum. Your magazine is the most popular in town and most people trust the information contained in each publication. It is pertinent for you to conduct a proper review before publication to maintain your credibility and keep your regular readers.

I advise that you take down the publication and reissue a new one with the correct address. You could also make an announcement with the revised details on the radio and television.
