Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to ask new idendification card.

Two days ago, I was in Central Library, which is located in the school. Since I had to talk with my mother on phone, I went outside form the library, leaving my ID card on a round table, which is in front of information desk. Unfortunately, upon coming back to the table, my ID card was disappeared.Thererore, l asked to librarians, however, they did not receive any missing stuff as well as my ID card.

I do definitely know it takes 10 business days to get a new ID card according to a school policy. In addition, I need to get permission, which needs submit a form with my ID card, for going to weekend travel. Nevertheless, the reason why I send you an email is I have a urgent plan to visit to the hospital where my mother has been caring on this weekend.

Thus, I politely request that I be given the new ID card should I am possible. If it will be approved by students services, I am willing to volunteer for 2 month for the school without paid.
