Dear sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding your bank branch. I moved another city last 24 th December 2024. At that time I have informed my new address to your branch .But it is not updated yet.

My new address isNo 23 , Central road ,Colombo 08. Furthermore, all my bank details send to my past address.So I am facing more difficulties regarding this issue. Therefor I could not do my hospital increment updates at correct time.This is major issue to my professinal updates.There are neumorous important letters also send to my old address.In this situation I could not collect them immediatly.

Please give your immediate attention to send that letters to my new address .I already mention above. Because they are very essential to my year end examination of general nursing.I hope you give your full attention to this problem .
