I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about washing machine which I purchased a few days ago in a local store where it’s situated in the city center close to my house.
First of all, when I got there, they gave me warranty approximately for a year. However, when I opened it at home, washing machine did not work properly. Additionally, you said to me that if I had opened this, it has a bonus, including washing capsule, but it did not have. I would be grateful if you give all my money
Afterwards. Some of people recommended your store. I believed them that I went to the shop. Moreover, I noticed the delivery service was poor. Since it was a bit scratched, I would be glad if you replace with another one.
If my issue is resolved within 10 days, I will seek the legal advice.
