Hello Max, I received your letter about organising a trip, honestly I would be very happy to accept your invitation, however, I have several reasons because of them I can not go with you.

The main reason for my refusal is just a lack of time, right now my schedule will not let me go anywhere, except for work, or a shop. In addition to it, I am currently looking for a new job, and as you can guess it takes lots of time.

However, if I even had a free time for this trip, my health will also reject this offer, because I often have a high blood pressure, and because of it I can not doing anything difficult.

But, the only thing I can suggest you is to postpone your trip for about 2 or 3 weeks, I am sure that my situation with time and health will improve after this, and I will definitely find an opportunity to go on trip with you.
