Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter meets you well. I am writing to express my displeasure and concern about the unsealed credit card envelope on my mailbox. I hope your bank or insurance policy addresses such an outcome properly.
On 7th March 2024, I arrived home and met an open CIBC bank envelope in my doorway, when I checked the content, the card was missing, so I rushed to your nearest branch the next morning to make a report, however, I am yet to receive any attention.
Secondly, I am troubled about what went wrong, whether someone took the card and it is currently in the wrong hand, because this card is already linked to my account and they can withdraw or commit fraud with my credit card.
Lastly, this is my first time experiencing such incident, so I am not sure how your policy would address this or my next line of action. You can reach me on 333777999 for advice on what to do next.
I look forward to your swift response and advice.
Yours faithfully.
Ebere Ebere.
