Dear Marco,

I’m just writing to ask you an urgent favour regarding an administrative document.

I’ve just received my police check from France, and I need it translated to Italian as soon as possible to complete my permanent residency application. It’s very important because it is the only piece I am missing to complete my application file.

I need to send the original along with the translated version before the end of the week. My hopes are that they will grant my PR by the end of the year, so I can stay without having to move back to France between two visas. It would also help secure my current job in Rome.

I would be so grateful if you could translate it for me. I can pass by your place on my way to work tomorrow, if that works. Please let me know!
