Dear Venue Manager,
I am writing to request some alterations in the arrangements in the event, reserved recently at your centre. The initial reservation,V-7892, was on Thursday, 25th july 2026, at tha Grand Anfal Hall. And it was booked for the full day.
Our former arrangement included a sit- down, three-course lunch for 150 people. Due to sudden shift in our planning, However, we have increased the number of individuals to 200 and thinking of arranging a buffet-style servive, rather then plate meal. Additionally, Iam percieving that hall will not be sufficient, and want to book your Sahana Ballroom near beach.
I expect that shifting to buffet will slightly increase our per- head catering charges. Could you please review these adjustments and send me the revised invoice reflecting the new details. I would appreciate if I could get the prefered Ballroom for my family celebration on same date.
