Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention on a TV that I recently bought in the store last week. When I received the package, I found out its already damaged. Therefore, I would like to request a return and exchange of the product as soon as possible.

To begin with, I would like to provide some basic information about the TV that I bought. It was a 65-inch Samsung LED screen TV, and the serial number was MNK1287009K.

I noticed the damage when I tried to open the TV, and there was no sound from any channels. Initially, I thought it was because I did not adjust the voice level on the remote control, but when I adjusted, there was no changes. After that, I opened the setting on the TV and checked on different sections that related to sound. However, the problem of sound was not related to any of them. As a result, I believe the TV was already damaged when it arrived.

Therefore, I would like to return and exchange the product. I have checked on the store policy, and it said I could exchange or refund in 30 days with the receipt. Since I need a TV for my home, so I decided to exchange a new one to replaced the broken TV.
