I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the language training course that I joined in November. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the quality of the training and the performance of the instructor.
Firstly, the teacher does not provide updated study materials and is often unable to answer my questions clearly. In addition, when I enrolled in the course, I was promised one-to-one classes. However, I have not received this service. Another issue is the poor audio quality during the lessons, which makes it difficult to understand the teacher. Furthermore, the teaching methods are not effective and have negatively affected my learning and academic performance.
I would appreciate it if you could assign a different instructor or improve the teaching methods. If this is not possible, I would like to request a partial refund for the course.
