Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am one of your regular customers and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I recently faced. Last Sunday, I brought an almirah from your shop which was exactly located at the junction of the Park Street and the M.G. Road. I was too excited about the product because the model was advanced with security lock features.

Although I always had good experiences about your delivery services, this time the wardrobe got damaged during transportation. However, I am not sure about the exact reason for this damage; therefore, you should contact your warehouse for more details.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a carpenter to fix this issue and also ensure repainting. Furthermore, being a reputed furniture seller, I hope you will provide replacement for the damaged almirah, including free of cost delivery.
