Dear Sue,

I am writing this letter to tell you about the new place in moved in and I would like express my views on it.

At the onset, let me give you a brief description on my new home. It is a detached townhouse , and it have 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, and a backyard, which have children palyground equipments. This make children to play in backyard any time they want, for this they do not have to go to playground.

Fruthermore, the area have very friendly people. I have met my neighbours and the lady is really ammazing and outgoing, she even offer the help, in case we need anything in this new place. In addition to that, all the amenities like walmart, shopper, resturants, banks, school, playground everything is near, so I donot have to woorry about going far for these things.

Lastly, I would be really happy if you can pay your visit at my new place. Not only you can look my home and surrounding areas, but also we can spent quaility time together, For its been along time we have seen each other.
