Dear Andrew,

How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to let you know that I have rented a new house at Hanoman Street, just a few minutes from your home. I moved in last week and couldn’t be happier.

As you know I always want a big house with a garden and garage so I can park my car inside, instead of just a small apartment. Luckly I found an affordable, modern building structures, cozy, beautifull and full furnitured. The interior are so amazing, it has two bedroom with a toilet for each room, kitchen, and living room. The living room has a television and I have been setting my PS5 on it.

I would like to invite you to come and visit me whenever you have your free time. We can play video games in the evening until morning, you also can stay over with me, it will be so much fun at my new place.
