I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about several problems I discovered after moving into the apartment last week. Unfortunately, these issues were not mentioned when I signed the lease.

The first problem is that the plumbing in the bathroom is leaking, causing water to collect on the floor. In addition, the kitchen sink is blocked, making it difficult to wash dishes. I have also noticed that two electrical outlets in the living room are not working, and the bedroom window does not close properly, allowing dust and noise to enter the apartment.

These problems are affecting my daily life in several ways. The leaking water creates a safety hazard, the blocked sink makes cooking and cleaning inconvenient, and the faulty electrical outlets prevent me from using essential appliances. Furthermore, the broken window makes it difficult to sleep because of the outside noise.
