Dear Sharma ji,

Iam writing this latter to inform you that few day to day using products are not in working conditions which are provided by your side .

So recently me and my wife moved into your apartment in model town .The cleaningness and other dacorations of house is giving us the feel of real home . But due to some appliances like microvave , eletric stove and washing machine we are facing saveral difficulites in our daily routine . Notonly we are ording our food from local kitchens whereas, we have use laundry serivces from near by shops . Due to the wiring fault in microwave we are enable enjoy are hot meals . Both of us are working in different fields these problems of product notonly effecting our normal life, butalso it has a nective effect on our pockets . Hence , we are paying for food and laundry service to the shopkeppers .

We both wants hear a postive reponce of replacing these old things with new and modern appainces within few days .
