Dear sir,

I am Sandeep Kaur and I am writing to express my feelings regarding the service you provided me on my birthday party.

on September 4,2024 I booked table in your restaurant in order to celebrate my special day with my family and friends. I would like to thank you for serving us scrumptious food with proper hygiene. I am also Glad owing to your staff’s attention, prompt reaction of requests , kind and friendly nature.

The one thing which I would like to suggest you to change in order to make everything even better is air- conditioning. Unfortunately, the hall is poorly ventilated and it was suffocated because air conditioner was not working properly. We found it quite difficult to stay there for long time.

I hope you will do the needful as soon as possible. I will definitely attend your restaurant again with my friends.
