Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your staff.

We visited your restaurant on May 25th at the Polo Park location because it was my birthday celebration. We had the reservation for table 9 at 10 PM and we were looking forward to the great dining experience.

When we arrived at your restaurant, we were completely ignored at the front counter and had to wait for 10 minutes because the receptionist was busy on her phone. We had to wait for another 20 minutes after placing our order. The food was delicious, but when we pointed out the instructions had not been followed, the waiter behaved very rudely.

I would suggest that you provide customer service training to every staff member to improve customer service. Additionally, strict action should be taken if any employee behaves unprofessionally. Furthermore, bad rated reviews should be addressed properly, and appropriate actions should be taken to improve the service.
