This is to inform you that on 26th May I’ve purchased a brand new smartphone, however I’ve been facing some issues regarding the screen . My phone screen is very blurry and all the tabs are shifting randomly from one place to another which is causing a lot of problems to keep my data secure . To keep this situation undercontrol I’ve already restarted my device multiplte times already however no such improvements is witnessed and I would like to return this device as soon as possible and get my refund .
Your team shared that this product is under 8 months warrenty and will not cause any trouble however now I want to request a full refund or exchange this device with a new one as per the policy .
