Dear Sandeep,

I was chatting with Tony in the accounts team last week and he mentioned a piece of software called K-Smart which I think our team should definitely give some consideration to. It is a game-changing piece of software in the world of accounting as it allows accounting from all divisions to be streamlined.

After speaking with Tony I did some more research into the product and I found that not only is it very reasonably priced, but it would also solve many of the issues our team is having with reporting and data analysis.

I’m sure you know that Jenny and I are spending about 50% of our time reconciling reports and trying to verify data for our customers. This software allows real-time data validation direct from the data source, hence it would save us a huge amount of time and would benefit our job greatly.

I took the liberty of calling the sales distributor for K-Smart and Kirsty said that she’d happily come and give us a free demonstration and trial period to see if the software suits our needs. I think this would be a great first step.

If you, like me, think it would be a good idea, let me know and I will book a meeting with the Kirsty. I think it would be really important if you attended this meeting.
