Dear Sir,

Hope this letter finds you well!

I am writing this letter in response to the advertisement which I have seen in the newspaper regarding teaching a Punjabi language to your children.

I am ecstatic to inform you that my mother tongue is Punjabi and I believe it will be a considerable and a suitable opportunity for me to make your kids learn this language, Apart from speaking I am proficient in writing and reading this language which would be conducive for the children as a holistic achievement in this learning.

In addition to the above I am open to teach Punjabi to you and your wife as well without charging an extra fees, which eventually will be beneficial for the kids, as they can practice speaking Punjabi with you even after the completion of their course with me.

As next month I will be moving to Australia for my higher studies and I will be needing a job for earning supplementary income, besides this my college is close your place, which will be trouble free for me to commute.

I will be overjoyed if you consider me as a teacher for your children, I hope to hear from you soon on this.

Regards

Harneet Kaur
